Syndra the new ApCarry

Today on EUW servers and on others too has been applied Syndra Patch, unfortunately Syndra is not playable yet due to some champion selection bugs that freeze and crashes LoL Client.

Transcendent
(Innate): Each of Syndra's basic abilities gain an extra effect at maximum rank.

Dark Sphere
(Active): Conjures a dark sphere at a target location, dealing magic damage. The sphere lasts for up to 8 seconds and can be manipulated by Syndra's other abilities. After 6 seconds the sphere will gain an additional visual effect to notify the player that it is about to expire.
Transcendent Bonus: Deals 15% bonus damage against Champions.

  • Cooldown: 3.5 seconds
Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 mana
Magic Damage: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+0.5 per ability power)
Magic Damage to champions due to innate at rank 5: 230(+0.575 per ability power)

Force of Will
Grabs a dark sphere, enemy minion or neutral monster (can be used on any neutral monster apart from Dragon and Baron Nashor).
  • Cost: 60 mana
Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8seconds

Throws a grasped dark sphere or enemy at a target area. Enemies struck take magic damage and are slowed for a short duration. Transcendent Bonus: Increases the slowing duration by 33%.Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+0.7 per ability power)
Slow: 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 %

Scatter the Weak
(Active): Deals magic damage in a cone and knocks enemies away based on how close they are to Syndra. Dark Spheres in the area are also knocked back, dealing magic damage and stunning enemies hit for 1.5 seconds.
Transcendent Bonus: Works on a 50% wider cone area. 

  • Cost: 50 mana
Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14seconds
Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.5 per ability power)

Unleashed Power
(Active): Syndra summons to the ground the three spheres about her, and focuses her cataclysmic might to force all nearby spheres to damage her target enemy champion. Each sphere's damage is calculated separately.
PENDING FOR TEST

All spheres remain on the ground for 8 seconds.
Cooldown: 100 / 90 / 80 seconds
Guaranteed Damage (3 spheres): 210 / 315 / 420 (+0.6 per ability power)
Damage per sphere: 70 / 105 / 140 (+0.2 per ability power)
Maximum Damage (3 bonus spheres): 420 / 630 / 840 (+1.2 per ability power)
